Talk 2: Extreme Robotics

Abstract: Key problems of extreme robotics means creation and approaches to their solution are presented. Peculiarities of robots operation in extreme situations and under extreme conditions in case of RTC products implementation are considered. Necessity to increase autonomy and intelligence of robots on the basis of multi-sensor information support and robust control algorithms, and necessity to increase the efficiency of manual and supervisory control of the remote objects are emphasized.
